The Provincial Government of Bataan initiated the "Orientation on Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018 (EODB-EGSD)" at the Bulwagan ng Bayan, Capitol Compound, City of Balanga, Bataan on October 23, 2019.

DILG Region III Supervising Administrative Officer (SAO) Maria Resa Pangilinan and LGOO V Darryl Salvador were invited as resource persons on the said activity. The orientation was keenly participated by department heads and representatives of the provincial government.

SAO Pangilinan commended PG Bataan for showing its strong commitment to provide effective and efficient public service delivery through its initiative in requesting for the orientation on the said law.

The EODB aims to fast-track transactions with the government through streamlining of processes and reducing processing time in all government agencies, local government units, and government-owned and controlled corporations.
