Provincial Local Government Unit of Bataan functionaries, together with its component city and 11 municipalities, engage in a hands-on training on local road management planning using a web-based database named Roads and Bridges Information System (RBIS) in a capability development activity being held today at Vista Marina Hotel and Resort, SBMA, Olongapo City, Zambales.

RBIS aims to support the Local Government Units (LGUs) in road planning and priority setting for local road improvements and maintenance. This intervention is relative to the implementation of Bataan's Provincial Governance Reform Roadmap (PGRR) as one of the components of the Conditional Matching Grant to Provinces (CMGP) program.
