LUNGSOD NG BALANGA, Bataan — Sa patuloy na pagsusulong ng kapayapaan at kaayusan sa lalawigan, isinagawa ngayong araw, Agosto 13, 2025 sa The Bunker ang paglagda sa Joint Attestation at Declaration of Support para sa Resolution No. 081, Series of 2025, na may pamagat na “Resolution Reaffirming the State of Stable Internal Peace and Security (SSIPS) in the Province of Bataan and Implementing the Philippine National Police–Armed Forces of the Philippines Collaborative Efforts (PACE), Recognizing the Philippine National Police (PNP) as the Primary Force in Law Enforcement Operations (LEO) with the Assistance of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP).”
Dumalo sa makasaysayang paglagda ang mga kinatawan mula sa AFP, PNP, provincial government at DILG, kasama ang mga opisyal at kawani mula sa iba’t ibang sektor.
Sa kanyang pambungad na pananalita, binigyang-pugay ni DILG Bataan Provincial Director Belina T. Herman, CESO V ang lahat ng nag-ambag upang mapanatili ang matatag na kapayapaan sa lalawigan:
“To our men and women in uniform—your courage and dedication have made this day possible. To our local leaders and community partners—your commitment to good governance and grassroots participation has been the bedrock of this stability. And to every Bataeño—your cooperation, discipline, and unity are the unseen pillars holding up our peace.”
Kinatawan ang DILG Region III sa pamamagitan ni LGOO VII Lerrie Hernandez, EnP, hepe ng Monitoring and Evaluation Division.
Nag-iwan din ng makabuluhang mensahe si Governor Jose Enrique Garcia III para sa lahat ng dumalo:
“Let this declaration be more than just a signature on paper, let it be a living commitment. A commitment that in Bataan, we will always choose cooperation over division, service over self-interest, and vigilance over complacency.”
Sa pamamagitan ng resolusyong ito, muling pinagtibay ng mga katuwang na ahensya ang kanilang pagtutulungan upang mapanatili ang ligtas at maayos na pamumuhay ng bawat Bataeño. Patunay ito na ang kapayapaan sa Bataan ay hindi lamang isang estado—ito ay isang patuloy na pangako.
