The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Bataan convened its Provincial Team Conference (PTC) on July 29, 2025, at the Municipal Hall of Samal, Bataan.

Provincial Director Belina T. Herman, CESO V formally opened the activity with key updates on the team’s commitments and upcoming initiatives.

The conference aimed to strengthen coordination across all sections and ensure the continued alignment of operations in delivering programs, projects, and activities (PPAs). Updates were presented on the Accreditation of Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) and the 2025 Local Legislative Award (LLA), focusing on compliance requirements and timelines.

The Finance and Administrative Section (FAS), Monitoring and Evaluation Section (MES), Capability Development Section (CDS), and the Locally-Funded Projects (LFP) Team also shared important reminders and operational guidance for field officers.

A key highlight of the conference was the awarding of top-performing field officers for the first and second quarters of 2025, in recognition of their outstanding reportorial compliance for the various PPAs under CDS and MES, as follows:
