DINALUPIHAN, Bataan — Two more former insurgents from the province were given financial assistance under the DILG's Enhanced Comprehensive Local Integration Program (E-CLIP) during the 2nd Quarter Provincial Management Coordinating Committee (PMCC) Meeting held at the Municipal Executive Hall on Apr. 20, 2023.

After deciding to return to the folds of the law and become productive members of society, the grantees both received immediate and livelihood support amounting to 15,000 and 50,000 pesos, respectively, in an awarding ceremony led by DILG Bataan PD Belina Herman.

Representing Gov. Joet Garcia, Dr. Bong Galicia expressed gratitude to the former rebels for trusting the Provincial Government of Bataan and for choosing to start a new life through the E-CLIP program. BM Popoy Del Rosario and other members of PMCC also witnessed the event and likewise conveyed their support to the grantees.

After the E-CLIP awarding ceremony, updates and accomplishments of the DILG family namely BFP, PNP, AFP, PDEA, BJMP Male and Female Dormitory, and NAPOLCOM were presented to the body to apprise them of the issues and concerns of these line agencies.
