LOOK: With the fruitful conduct of local assemblies for the first semester of the year, all the 79 barangays in the second district of Bataan have set a great example in fostering community development and promoting transparency in their respective areas.

Thanks to the collective efforts of the barangay officials and the technical assistance provided by the DILG Field Officers, including LGOO VI Jomar Cruz (City of Balanga), LGOO VI Evelyn Matias (Limay), LGOO VI Annie Hipolito (Orion), and LGOO VI Cherryl Beltran (Pilar), the assemblies allowed the residents to voice their concerns publicly and enabled local officials to address them.

Overall, the successful conduct of the Barangay Assembly as shown in the photos below reflected the active involvement and collaboration of the residents and officials, as they work hand-in-hand towards the progress and development of their communities.
