CITY OF BALANGA - The Bataan Youth Development Office (BYDO), together with the Sanggunian Kabataan Provincial Federation (SKPF) held the SK-BYDC-LYDO Training at The Bunker on February 21, 2023.

Headed by BYDO Meynard Reyes and SKPF President BM Precious Manuel, the activity created awareness and opportunities that the youth organizations can engage in particularly in youth-led programs. Likewise, it also encourages collaboration and resource mobilization to formulate effective development programs for the youth.

DILG Bataan Provincial Director Belina Herman, CESO V also expressed support in the activity. She called for the active participation of young people in the communities to engage in the updating of the Provincial Local Youth Development Plan.

"The participation of the youth will lead in the promotion of social and civic activities that will contribute to the welfare, growth, and development of the country," PD Herman added.

The training was also graced by various public and private youth organizations in the province as young leaders aim to inspire their peers to take an active role in making a positive difference in their communities, paving the way for a better future for all.
