In a move for a more collaborative and inclusive approach in the delivery of public service, DILG Bataan and its Local Government Resource Center (LGRC) intensified its partnership with the members of the Multi-Stakeholders Advisory Committee (MSAC) through a coordination meeting via Zoom platform on March 14, 2022.

The activity, participated by heads and representatives of the different line agencies, local resource institutes, inter-faith and business organizations, presented the purpose of the LGRC and the roles and guiding principles of the MSAC members.

In her message, Provincial Director Myra Moral-Soriano said that the Department has no monopoly of knowledge and expertise, thus a concerted effort among other agencies and organizations is needed in the effective implementation of various programs and projects of the government.

LGOO II Laverne Gonzales, Jr. shared LGRC Bataan's service areas and its main role as an effective network of knowledge and information, as it also provides a mechanism to converge and share resources, expertise and best practices to the LGUs.

A drafted memorandum of agreement was also presented to the MSAC to further strengthen and seal linkages among its members to spread collaborative efforts in delivering relevant services to the LGUs of the province.

Program Manager Allan Don Malonzo, in his closing message, hoped for a more fruitful, sustainable and stronger partnership with the MSAC members in the future.
