In line with the DILG's directive to strengthen the functionality of Local Committees Against Trafficking and Violence Against Women and Their Children (LCAT-VAWC), the Provincial Inter-Agency Monitoring Task Force (PIMTF) of Bataan conducted the FY 2025 LCAT-VAWC Table Validation from May 26 to June 11, 2025, covering all twelve (12) local government units (LGUs) in the province.

CITY OF Balanga, Bataan — In a ceremony held on June 9, 2025, at The Bunker Atrium, the Provincial Government of Bataan paid tribute to a group of local fishermen who turned over ₱1.5 billion worth of illegal drugs to authorities.

In line with its commitment to strengthening local anti-illegal drug efforts, the Bataan Provincial Anti-Drug Abuse Council (PADAC) conducted a two-day Counseling Training for Community-Based Drug Rehabilitation Program (CBDRP) Implementers on June 4–5, 2025, at the DOH-Treatment and Rehabilitation Center (DOH-TRC) in Liyang, Pilar, Bataan.
