EP3Baler, Aurora – The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) - Office of Project Development Services (OPDS) in coordination with the DILG R3 PDMU and DILG Aurora successfully conducted a Project Implementation Monitoring and Evaluation (PrIME) activity in the municipalities of Baler and Casiguran on July 28-29, 2025, as part of its continuing commitment to promote transparency, accountability, and effectiveness in local infrastructure project implementation.

Funded under the FY 2024 Local Government Support Fund - Support and Assistance Fund to Participatory Budgeting (LGSF-SAFPB), the Level III Water Supply System in Barangay Simbahan, Dinalungan, Aurora, with a project cost of ₱13 million,  is now at 91% physical accomplishment. Once fully finished it is expected to benefit around 4,104 residents significantly enhancing their access to a reliable and safe water source.
