Noong ika-5 ng Agosto, 2020, sa pamumuno ng Validation Team mula sa DILG Rehiyon 3, matagumpay na naisagawa ang on-site validation at pre-assessment para sa Pagsusuri ng Panksyonalidad ng mga Panlalawigang Kawnsil para sa Pangkalinga ng mga Bata (LCPC) para sa taong 2022, sa Governor’s Conference Room, Provincial Capitol, Baler, Aurora.
Tinipon ang buong council ng PCPC sa Lalawigan sa pamumuno ni Panlalawigang Tagapamuno, Arnold Novicio kasama sina Bokal Annabelle Tangson-Te at iba pang kinatawan ng mga opisina upang matunghayan ang table validation at pre-assessment. Ang mga karampatang dokumento bilang beripiksayon at patunay para sa gagawing pagsusuri ay ipinresenta ni PSWDO Abigaiel Paulino, ni PCPC Focal Person, Ms. Charlene Jane Cuaresma, at ng iba pang mga PSWDO personnel.
Ang pagsusuri ng LCPC ay naka angkla sa mga indikasyon na itinakda ng DILG MC Blg. 2021-039 na nakatutok sa mga susumunod na area:
1. Organizational Sustainability
2. Policies and Plans for Children
3. Budget for the PCPC
4. Service Delivery and Monitoring Management for Children
Pagkatapos ng pagsusuri ng mga ipinresentang dokumento, sa pamumumo ni LGOO V Cherina Quiñones, ay inilatag ang hindi opisyal na puntos ng LCPC Functionality sa Lalawigan ng Aurora. Ang Lalawigan ay nakakuha ng status na PROGRESSIVE matapos ang masuring pagtutuos.
Nagbigay rin ang Validation Team ng isang linggong palawig sa PSWDO upang maisumite ang mga karampatang dokumento na kinakailangan pa sa pangwakas na assessment na isasagawa ng Regional Agency Monitoring Task Force.

DILG R3 LCPC VALIDATION TEAM VALIDATES THE FY 2022 FUNCTIONALITY ASSESSMENT OF THE PCPC OF AURORA PROVINCE
The DILG Region 3 Validation Team conducted an on-site validation and pre-assessment for the FY 2022 LCPC Functionality Assessment, on August 5, 2022 at the Governor’s Conference Room, Provincial Capitol, Baler, Aurora.
The PGA convened its Full Local Council for the Protection of Children, headed by Provincial Administrator, Arnold Novicio, representing Governor, Christian M. Noveras, along with Board Member Annabelle Tangson-Te and representatives from the different officer to witness the Pre-Assessment.
PSWDO Abigaiel Paulino, PCPC Focal Person, Ms. Charlene Jane Cuaresma, and other PSWD personnel presented the pertinent documents as means of verification during the table validation.
The LCPC assessment is anchored on the indicators set in the DILG MC No. 2021-039 which mainly focuses on four main areas:
1. Organizational Sustainability
2. Policies and Plans for Children
3. Budget for the PCPC
4. Service Delivery and Monitoring Management for Children
Following the evaluation, the on-site validation team, led by LGOO V Cherina Quiones, delivered an unofficial rating of the PCPC of Aurora's functionality.
The Team also provided a deadline extension for submitting the needed documentation before the Regional Inter-Agency Monitoring Task Force's final functionality evaluation (IMTF).
