The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Aurora, through its Locally Funded Projects (LFP) Team , successfully conducted a coaching session for the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Casiguran on April 22, 2026, at the DILG Provincial Office. The activity focused on enhancing the knowledge and skills of LGU personnel in the preparation of technical documents.
Through this initiative, participants were guided on proper documentation processes, common challenges, and best practices to improve the quality and completeness of their submissions. This effort forms part of DILG’s continuing commitment to strengthen local governance by building the capacity of LGUs in project implementation and monitoring. By improving technical proficiency, LGU Casiguran is better positioned to deliver timely, compliant, and impactful development projects.
