Baler, Aurora — The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Aurora joined the successful inauguration of the newly installed street lighting system at Brgy. Reserva, Baler, Aurora, together with the local officials of Brgy. Buhangin and Reserva, Baler, Aurora making a major advancement in urban infrastructure and public safety.
On February 16, 2026, the inauguration and handover ceremony took place at the Baler Municipal Hall. The officials highlighted that the project aligns with broader efforts to modernize infrastructure while adopting environmentally responsible solutions. The Brgy. Captain stated, “Ang maayos na ilaw sa lansangan ay nagpapakita ng disiplina, malasakit sa pamahalaan at mamamayan. Pinahahalagahan natin ang kaligtasan at kapakanan ng bawat isa”.
The street lighting project is expected to benefit thousands of commuters and households in the area, and the Local Government officials reaffirmed its dedication to carrying out infrastructure development initiatives that improve community welfare, sustainability and safety.
