
The 2025 Retooled Community Support Program (RCSP) Serbisyo Caravan was successfully conducted on September 12, 2025, in Barangay Toytoyan, Dipaculao, Aurora, benefiting over 200 residents through a wide array of services provided by both local and national government agencies.

The Serbisyo Caravan aims to address the basic needs of citizens in identified barangays. It also forms part of the immersion phase of the RCSP, spearheaded by the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) in partnership with various government agencies.

Participating agencies included the PhilHealth, Department of Health, Bureau of Fire Protection, Philippine National Police, Armed Forces of the Philippines, Provincial Health Office, Department of Labor and Employment and several offices from the Municipal Government of Dipaculao Aurora, such as the Municipal Civil Registrar and Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office.
Services delivered during the Caravan included:
- Free medical consultations and medicines
- PhilHealth Registration and updating of membership
- Assistance in securing legal documents, especially birth certificates
- Land assessment consultations and tax payment assistance
- Free haircut services
- Distribution of family food packs
- Free slippers
- Community feeding program
- Dental services

The residents, led by their Punong Barangay, Rosalinda R. Almirol expressed heartfelt gratitude and affirmed their support for the government’s continuing efforts toward peace, development, and service delivery.
